Coagulopathy State in Pregnant Women with COVID-19 involvement: 2 Case Reports

چکیده

Pregnant women appear to be more severely affected by COVID-19. Coagulopathy is known as one of the most challenging effects COVID-19, and acute airway diseases resulting from coronavirus on pregnant mothers their fetuses can dangerous. Two who where suffering coagulopathy (one them with disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) other hypercoagulation) COVID-19 infection are reported in this study. During hospitalization due severe vaginal bleeding placental detachment, cesarean section was performed first caseand because DIC, she received a massive transfusion. The second patient epigastric pain tachycardia. might have variety pregnancy outcome, vascular involvement respiratory involvement; there an association between hyper-coagulopathy state like DIC.
